× [JOOMLA 2.5 IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED]
Looking for a useful answer?

Read this first and make sure you checked all steps: www.csvimproved.com/frequently-asked-questions/635-troubleshooting-import-errors

Don't just say it doesn't work but describe in detail what is happening and add the following information:
* VirtueMart version
* CSVI version (Latest is not a version number)
* Sample of the file being imported
* Collected debug information

Without this information you won't get a useful answer. If no debug log is attached, you will get a request to post it.

Where to get the debug information?

A tutorial ( www.csvimproved.com/frequently-asked-questions/390-how-to-collect-debug-information ) has been written to help you collect your debug information.

Are you saying that the Joomla! language filter is unpublished in your case?

yes the system language filter plugin is unpublished if you use artio joomsef for multilanguage sites.

I thought that plugin is a requirement for a multi-language site.

yes thats right. but if you want to use artio joomsef you have to publish artio joomsef system language plugin and need to unpublished joomla system language filter

hello roland,

after update artio joomSEF the csvi product export of SEF URLs are broken again.
Example: www.domain.de/JRouterAdministrator

joomla 2.5
csvi 5.21.2

please can you help me

EDIT:
Now i found your fix at this topic:
www.csvimproved.com/forum?view=topic&catid=24&id=32771#46572
this work with correct JoomSEF URLS. the only thing I had to change to.
line 83: return $this->_domainname . '/' . $url;
change to:
return /*$this->_domainname . '/' .*/ $url;
otherwise my product export urls looks like www.domain.de/www.domain.de

Hello,

There is no more support for CSVI 5 or Joomla 2.5 as both are obsolete versions.

If the domain name is missing it means CSVI can't find it. Since you are on obsolete versions, why not hardcode the domainname into the export file?

Kind regards,

RolandD
