Don't just say it doesn't work but describe in detail what is happening and add the following information:
* VirtueMart version
* CSVI version (Latest is not a version number)
* Sample of the file being imported
* Collected debug information

Without this information you won't get a useful answer. If no debug log is attached, you will get a request to post it.

Hi,
There are limits for imports of virtuemart products? and for the media?

Because when I do the import, after a few seconds gives me the error:

Let me try to show the warning below here. If nothing shows up then I didn't get any data, sometimes this is caused by faulty plugins.

Cancel the import and check if all settings are correct and try the import again. Status error: 500 Status message: Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


After that, the procedure times out and processes 0 items.

No, there is no limit for imports of virtuemart products or media but you can control the number of records to be imported at once from template settings, click on Advanced button to see Limits tab, and you can enter the number of lines per import. By default it is 1000.

Internal server error tells us that something has gone wrong but not the actual error. Have a look at the 500 internal server error document to find what is causing the issue.
